Abstract:
Working in the District of Columbia has it challenges,
but if you are well prepared (as we were) it can go quite
smoothly. We began by cordoning off a small portion of
the sidewalk to ensure that no pedestrian traffic was affected
by over spray. This allowed pedestrians to still utilize
the sidewalk, but kept them out of harms way. Utilizing
ladders and building supplied water; we started with the first
vertical course of bricks and worked our way down. While
this building has been around for many years, its foundation
(brick & mortar) was very well built and it allowed us to
move quickly with a beautiful result. Next time
you're in D.C. check it out..........it's a beautiful building,
and even prettier now.
