Commercial Power Washing, Inc. (CPW), is a Germantown, MD
based organization providing Commercial and
Industrial power washing services around the D.C. & Baltimore Metropolitan
area. We have over 10 years of combined experience and employ professionals who are well trained and utilize the most up to date machines, sealants and methodologies in the
power washing industry.
Before placing a new employee on a customer site, all new employees are trained on the "do's and don'ts" of
power washing. All employees are taught the importance of ensuring safety to themselves, co-workers, customers, spectators and ensuring the appropriate method is used to clean and seal (when necessary) the intended surface.
Additionally, they are taught the importance of being sensitive to the surrounding environment
(e.g. plant life).
CPW maintains at all times a 1 Million dollar insurance policy with
Associated Insurance Management, in the unlikely event unintentional damage occurs.
CPW is very proud of the work that we provide and strive at all times for 100% customer satisfaction.
